                                                                                      Farpoint is pleased to announce that Sam Sanders has accepted our invitation
                                                                                      to join the band. Sam will be primarily filling the role of lead guitarist,
                                                                                      although we are looking forward to his contributions as songwriter and pianist
                                                                                      as well. An accomplished musician, Sam has performed in many local bands
                                                                                      including the Pink Floyd tribute Welcome to the Machine, and is the worship
                                                                                      leader at the First Church of God in Sumter, SC. First performing with
                                                                                      Farpoint at the Wedgestock 2007 festival, Sam will also appear on the
                                                                                      forthcoming Farpoint album, COLD STAR QUIET STAR.
